Australian Orders

Shipping and Delivery: We prioritize getting your order to you quickly! We typically process orders within two business day (excluding public holidays and weekends). Please note: These are estimated processing times. During peak seasons or after sales events, there might be slight delays.

Track Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Use the courier website to track your package's progress and estimated delivery date.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $75!

International Orders:

International orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

While placing order, please note, all custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

WLD is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order and do not offer refunds for these costs. If you refuse to pay customs fees and parcel is returned to us the customs fee will be deducted from your invoice. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Please note, the delivery timeframe included in the website are indicative and the deliver can take longer than expected to arrive depending on your postal service and customs clearance times. We are not responsible for this and customers need to be aware that we will not refund orders that take longer than expected.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use the courier website to track the status of your order.
